SUPER FLOC

Super Floc – Anionic & Cationic Polyelectrolytes for Efficient Water & Sludge Treatment

Super Floc is a high-performance, high-charge polyelectrolyte series from Venlar, designed to enhance solid-liquid separation in both primary and secondary stages of wastewater treatment. Available in Anionic and Cationic grades, it addresses key challenges like suspended solids, poor settling, and excess sludge moisture.

It eliminates the guesswork and imbalance of using separate urea and DAP. SUPER NUTRIENT supports faster COD/BOD removal, better sludge settleability, and healthier biomass — without overfeeding or fouling the system.

Super Floc by Venlar

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What’s the difference between anionic and cationic Super Floc?

Anionic Super Floc is used for flocculating suspended solids in raw water or primary effluent. Cationic Super Floc is designed for dewatering activated sludge in the secondary stage.

How do I select the correct grade?

We recommend performing a jar test with our support team. We help you identify the optimal charge density and dosage for your specific sludge.

Can I use Super Floc with alum or ferric chloride?

Yes. Anionic Super Floc can enhance performance when used after a coagulant like alum in primary treatment. Cationic Floc works independently in sludge handling.

Is the product hazardous or corrosive?

No, both grades are safe to handle with standard precautions. MSDS and safe handling instructions are provided.

Improve Settling. Reduce Sludge Volume. Enhance Dewatering.

Super Floc polymers are used in 100+ treatment systems across India to boost clarification and sludge dryness. Let us help you reduce chemical use and lower disposal costs.
