Super Floc is a high-performance, high-charge polyelectrolyte series from Venlar, designed to enhance solid-liquid separation in both primary and secondary stages of wastewater treatment. Available in Anionic and Cationic grades, it addresses key challenges like suspended solids, poor settling, and excess sludge moisture.

It eliminates the guesswork and imbalance of using separate urea and DAP. SUPER NUTRIENT supports faster COD/BOD removal, better sludge settleability, and healthier biomass — without overfeeding or fouling the system.

Super Floc Anionic

  • Application: Flocculation and sedimentation of suspended solids in primary treatment
  • Use Case: Clarifiers, lamella settlers, primary tanks
  • Dosage: 0.5 – 3 ppm (jar test recommended)

Super Floc Cationic

  • Form: Liquid
  • Application: Dewatering of secondary sludge in post-biological treatment
  • Use Case: Filter press, belt press, screw press, DAF
  • Dosage: 1 – 5 ppm depending on sludge properties
  • Packaging: 30 LTR drum (Net Weight ~30 kg)
