VenDefoam Silicone Defoamer is an advanced silicone emulsion–based defoamer available in multiple active concentrations (10%, 20%, 30%), designed for robust foam control in industrial aqueous systems. This product uses specially selected polyether siloxanes and hydrophobic silica for rapid foam knockdown and long-lasting suppression, outperforming ordinary organic defoamers in harsh conditions.

The formulation is non-ionic, highly stable, and water-soluble for easy incorporation across chemical processing, effluent treatment, paper, sugar, dye, cement, paint, food, and pharmaceutical sectors. Silicone defoamers help prevent process interruptions, surface spotting, contamination, and product defects by efficiently breaking down and inhibiting foam at very low dosage levels. Typical application methods involve dilution with soft water (often 1:3 defoamer:water) prior to use.
